Who We Are
William Nolan
William Nolan is a founding partner in Marcellus Energy and Appalachian Mineral Group, L.P. Nolan is a 1980 graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with degrees in business and history. After serving five years as Vice President in loan originations with a national commercial mortgage banking company, Nolan spent the next 23 years with his family's commercial real estate development firm, Nolan Bros., Inc. That fourth-generation family-owned construction/commercial real estate development firm wholly owned, developed and managed more than 50 commercial real estate projects in a six-state area, projects in excess of 3.45 million square feet of rentable space. Nolan has served on several non-profit boards in the Fort Worth community and is a sustaining member of various trade organizations.
